Hello! My name is John. I live in Scotland, and I made a website.

Being old, I remember when the internet was cool. You'd go sit at a big beige box and play games on Cartoon Network.com or look up the rosta of machines competing in series 4 of Robot Wars. Or at least I did. I'm cool like that.
Anyway, the internet is shit now. Boo. So I got told there's a site the cool kids are making their own sites. I'm not cool, but I came along anyway.
I like writing. I like art. I have no outlet for these interests in my life at the moment, so I'll put them here!
I'm mainly writing on here just now. I've populated the diary sction with a few nostalgic memories I wanted to get down before my brain melts.
I like writing about food, and I was an avid follower of 'A Review a Day' back when it was active. I liked the mundanity of it all. I won't be writing every day, but I enjoy the act of writing - even if the subject isn't going to light the world on fire.
In an effort to do something with my life before switch off time, I'm keeping a to-do list for the year. 2026 is a pretty simple one, why not click the link and see how I'm doing?
